About Working With Us
1. How much do your services cost?
The Colony is notably less competitive than both. Frisco’s rapid growth has attracted heavy SEO investment from businesses there, and Lewisville’s longer commercial history means more established search competition. The Colony offers strong search volume with lower competitive density, a combination that produces efficient SEO returns.2. Do you require contracts?
No long-term contracts. We work on month-to-month agreements after an initial 3-month commitment period. The initial period exists because SEO takes time to produce results, and we need at least 90 days to implement a strategy and begin measuring outcomes. After that, you stay because the results justify the investment, not because you’re locked in.3. What’s your onboarding process like?
Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks. It starts with a strategy call where we review your business goals, competitive landscape, and current marketing. From there, we conduct a full audit of your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and analytics. We then present a prioritized action plan with specific deliverables and timelines. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout. Read our full onboarding process breakdown.4. How quickly can you start?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 7-10 business days. If you need a website built, that adds timeline. If you need Google Ads running urgently, we can typically launch a campaign within 5 business days of receiving account access and approving strategy.5. Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. You’ll work directly with a named strategist on our team who manages your account. This isn’t a rotating cast of junior staff. The person you talk to in your strategy call is the person managing your campaigns. That level of continuity is one of the main reasons our clients stay long-term.6. Do you work with businesses outside of Dallas?
Our core expertise is the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We know the local search landscape, the competition, and the consumer behavior patterns specific to DFW. We do work with businesses in other Texas metros and occasionally nationwide, but our strongest results come from DFW-based companies. If you’re local, we can even meet in person at our North Dallas office.Understanding SEO Before You Invest
About SEO
7. How long does SEO take?
Expect 3-6 months before you see meaningful organic traffic and lead increases. Some businesses see improvements within 60 days — especially with Google Business Profile optimization and technical fixes. But sustainable rankings that generate consistent leads require a longer investment. We set honest expectations upfront because overpromising timelines is one of the biggest problems in this industry. See our detailed SEO timeline breakdown.8. What’s the difference between local SEO and organic SEO?
Local SEO focuses on visibility in Google Maps and the local Map Pack, the 3-pack of business listings that appears for location-based searches. Organic SEO targets the traditional blue-link search results below the map. Most DFW service businesses need both. Local SEO drives phone calls from nearby customers. Organic SEO captures research-phase traffic that converts over time. We build campaigns that address both.9. Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and you should be skeptical of any agency that does. Google’s algorithm considers hundreds of factors, and no agency controls all of them. What we can guarantee is a transparent, proven process that has produced documented results for businesses like yours. We show you our track record and let the numbers speak. If rankings were guaranteed, every agency would guarantee them.10. How do you measure SEO success?
We track rankings, but rankings alone don’t pay your bills. We measure success by leads generated, phone calls received, form submissions, cost per lead, and revenue impact. Every client gets access to a reporting dashboard that shows exactly where leads are coming from and what they cost. We also conduct monthly strategy reviews to assess progress and adjust tactics. About Google Ads
11. How much should I budget for Google Ads?
For most DFW service businesses, we recommend an ad spend that generates enough data and consistent lead flow. The right budget depends on your industry’s cost per click, geographic targeting, and how many leads you need. During your strategy call, we’ll model expected lead volume and cost per lead based on your specific market. Read more on our PPC services page.
12. How fast does PPC generate leads?
Google Ads can generate leads within the first week of launching, assuming the campaign is properly structured with the right keywords, targeting, and landing pages. Most clients see a steady lead flow within 2-4 weeks as we optimize bids, ad copy, and targeting based on initial data. PPC is the fastest path to leads. SEO is the long-term play.
13. Do I need a landing page for my ads?
Yes. Sending ad traffic to your homepage is one of the most common reasons PPC campaigns underperform. Dedicated landing pages are designed specifically to convert ad visitors, with a single clear offer, trust signals, and a direct call to action. Our dental practice case study is a perfect example: purpose-built landing pages contributed to a 35% CPC reduction and 2x lead increase.
About Web Design
14. How long does it take to build a website?
A standard business website takes 4-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. This includes discovery, wireframing, design, development, content integration, and testing. More complex sites with custom functionality, e-commerce, or extensive content take longer. We provide a specific timeline during onboarding based on your project scope.
15. Will I own my website?
Yes. You own your website, your domain, your content, and your data. We do not hold sites hostage with proprietary platforms. We build on WordPress, which means you can take your site to any host or developer if you ever choose to leave. Your business assets belong to you.
16. What platform do you build on?
WordPress. It powers over 40% of the web, has the most mature SEO infrastructure, and gives you full ownership and flexibility. We do not use proprietary website builders that lock you into a platform. WordPress lets us optimize for speed, security, and SEO performance while keeping your site fully portable.
About AI & Automation
17. What is an AI chatbot and how does it help my business?
An AI chatbot is an automated assistant on your website that answers visitor questions, captures lead information, and routes inquiries in real time, 24/7, including nights and weekends when you cannot answer the phone. For service businesses, this means capturing leads that would otherwise bounce from your site because they did not want to fill out a form or wait until business hours. Our chatbots are trained on your specific services and pricing.
18. What is marketing automation?
marketing automation is the system that handles lead follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests, and re-engagement campaigns without manual effort. When a new lead comes in, automation ensures they get a response within minutes via text, email, or both. It also handles missed-call text-back, drip sequences, and CRM updates. The goal is to eliminate the gap between lead capture and lead conversion.
19. How does missed-call text-back work?
When a potential customer calls your business and you cannot answer, our automation system instantly sends them a text message acknowledging the missed call and offering to help. This simple automation recovers leads that would otherwise call a competitor. Studies show that most callers who do not get an answer on the first try never call back. Missed-call text-back solves that problem.
About Results & Reporting
20. How will I know if my marketing is working?
Every campaign we run is tracked end-to-end. You will have access to a live dashboard showing phone calls, form submissions, keyword rankings, traffic sources, and cost per lead. We do not send vanity metrics. You will know exactly how many leads came in, where they came from, and what each one cost. See our results page for examples of what we track.
21. What reporting do I receive?
Monthly detailed reports with a strategy review call. Reports include organic traffic and ranking changes, PPC performance including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per lead, call tracking data, and a summary of work completed. You also get ongoing access to your live dashboard for real-time visibility. We walk through the numbers with you, no report gets sent without a conversation. Full details on our process page.
22. What if I am not happy with the results?
We address it directly. If results are not meeting expectations, we review the data together, identify what is not working, and adjust strategy. If after a reasonable period the results do not justify your investment, we will tell you honestly. We would rather lose a client by being transparent than keep one by being evasive. Our month-to-month structure after the initial period means you are never stuck. Review our track record to see what realistic expectations look like.
