Marketing Plans Built for Home-Service Businesses

We help established home-service businesses become easier to find, easier to contact, and harder for competitors to beat.
Straightforward monthly plans and project-based services for plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, electricians, restoration companies, and similar trades that want their marketing to produce phone calls — not just reports. Here’s exactly what’s included and what it costs
Every plan is built around the things that actually move home-service businesses forward: showing up in Google Maps and local search, showing up correctly in AI-powered search and answer engines, getting found for the services you actually offer, tracking every lead back to its source, improving how well your site converts the traffic it already gets, and following up before a competitor does. We work with established home-service businesses in any city. If you’re not sure which plan fits, a strategy call will tell you in about 30 minutes.

Monthly Plans

Three ways to work with us.

Most clients start with one of these three monthly plans. All three are built on the same foundation — local SEO, lead tracking, and reporting — and each tier adds more coverage and more channels.

Foundation

$1000 /month
For businesses that need their local SEO fundamentals right and a durable base before adding more channels.
  • One primary service and one primary target city/service area
  • Up to 5 priority search terms tracked and targeted
  • On-page SEO for your core pages
  • Technical SEO and schema markup improvements
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • One SEO-focused content asset published per month
  • Review request guidance
  • Basic call/lead tracking
  • Monthly reporting and priorities

Doesn’t include paid ads, multiple services, or additional cities. If you run several core services or cities, Growth is the better start.

Most Popular — Best Fit for Home-Service Businesses

Growth

$1250 /month
Ready to cover more of what you actually offer and convert more of the traffic you already have. This is where most established home-service businesses land.
Everything in Foundation, plus
  • Up to 10 priority search terms
  • Two primary services covered
  • Strategic updates to city and service pages
  • One conversion-focused landing page per quarter
  • Conversion-rate improvements on covered pages
  • Review-request system + monitoring
  • Competitor watch
  • Improved lead tracking sitewide
  • Monthly strategy call

Doesn’t include Google Ads management or a GHL follow-up build — that’s Platinum.

Platinum

$1700 /month
For businesses that want paid search and lead follow-up working alongside SEO, not as a separate, disconnected effort.
Everything in Growth, plus
  • Google Ads management, one ad account
  • Campaign structure build and management
  • Conversion + call tracking, ads and organic
  • Missed-call text-back follow-up
  • Basic GoHighLevel pipeline setup
  • Form/chat widget optimization
  • Lead-source reporting by channel
  • Monthly campaign review call + priority support

Ad spend is separate from this fee and paid directly to Google — this price covers our management, strategy, and optimization only.

Pricing shown is introductory pricing for a limited number of new clients. Final scope is confirmed on your strategy call based on your services, market, and goals.

Local SEO Expansion Project

Expand Into More Cities and Services.

Once your core pages are performing, some businesses want to expand into more of the cities or services they legitimately serve. This is a project-based add-on, not a subscription tier, and it’s built on top of an active monthly plan.
$2,000
10 city / service pages
$2,500
15 city / service pages
How this works — and how it doesn’t
Every page is built on a real service area, a real service you offer there, and content that’s genuinely useful to someone in that city — service details, local considerations, and clear next steps. We don’t build thin pages that swap out a city name on an otherwise identical template. If your business only realistically serves a handful of markets, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you pages you don’t need.

Your Existing Website — Optimized, Not Rebuilt

We Take Over and Optimize the Website You Already Have

Apex DigiTech’s monthly plans are marketing services — local SEO, content, conversion improvement, tracking, and (for Platinum) paid search and lead follow-up. They are not a website-build service. When you sign up, we take over and optimize your existing website as part of your plan: technical fixes, on-page SEO, page-level improvements, and conversion cleanup on the pages your plan covers.

If your website needs more than optimization— a full redesign, a rebuild, or new core pages beyond what your plan covers — that’s scoped and quoted separately as its own project (see Website Redesign under One-Time Services below). We’ll tell you plainly if that’s the case rather than bundling it into a monthly fee where it doesn’t belong.

One-Time Services

Need just one thing? We do that too.

Service Description
SEO Audit
Starting at $500
A full review of your technical SEO, on-page content, Google Business Profile,
backlink profile, and competitive position, with a prioritized action list.
Google Ads Audit
Starting at $500
A review of your existing campaigns, search terms, wasted spend, and conversion
tracking, with specific fixes ranked by impact.
Landing Page
Starting at $500
One conversion-focused page built for a specific offer, service, or campaign.
Website Redesign
Starting at $1,500
For businesses whose site is holding back conversions or is difficult to update.
This is the only place new website construction is offered, and it’s always scoped
and quoted as its own project, never bundled into a monthly plan. Final price
depends on page count and functionality, confirmed after a discovery call.
Advanced Automation
Custom quote
Multi-step automations beyond missed-call text-back and basic pipelines, including
multi-channel follow-up sequences, tool integrations, or automated reporting.
Scoped individually because every business’s stack is different.
What’s Included, What’s Scoped Separately

Clear Limits, No Surprises

Every plan is built around defined, reasonable limits so you know exactly what you’re getting — and what would move you into a larger scope or a separate quote:

One website covered per plan

One Google Business Profile covered per plan

A defined number of primary services (1 for Foundation, 2 for Growth and Platinum)

A defined number of target cities/service areas, tied to your priority search terms

One advertising account for Platinum, unless a second account is separately approved and quoted

One monthly content asset per plan
Anything beyond these — additional pages, additional locations, additional ad accounts or campaigns, major website work, or advanced multi-step automation — is quoted separately as its own project (see Local SEO Expansion Project and One-Time Services above). We’ll always tell you when something falls outside your plan before we do it, not after you get a bill.

What Onboarding Looks Like

What happens after you sign up.

01

Strategy Call.

We confirm your market, services, and goals, and recommend the right plan (or tell you if a one-time service fits better).

02

Access and audit.

We request access to your Google Business Profile, website, and any existing ad accounts, then run a baseline audit so we know exactly where you’re starting.

03

Kickoff plan.

You get a written 30/60/90-day plan specific to your business — not a generic template.

04

Tracking goes live.

Call tracking, form tracking, and reporting are set up before real work begins, so every result we produce is measurable from day one.

05

Work begins.

SEO, content, ads, or automation work starts according to your plan.

YOUR GROWTH TIMELINE

The First 90 Days

Days 1–30 · Foundation

Building groundwork

Technical SEO fixes, Google Business Profile optimization, tracking setup, and the first content asset go live. This is groundwork — the kind of work that has to happen before growth work compounds.

Days 31–60 · Momentum

Building on it

Content and page improvements continue, review systems are active, and (for Platinum clients) ad campaigns are live and being optimized based on early data.

Days 61–90 · Evaluation

Evaluation and Adjustment

We review what’s working using real data — calls, form fills, and rankings — and adjust priorities for the next quarter. You’ll get a clear report showing what happened and why.

Honest expectation-setting: SEO is a compounding channel, not an instant one. Most businesses start seeing meaningful movement in rankings and leads within this 90-day window, but timelines vary by market competitiveness, your starting point, and your industry. We don’t promise guaranteed rankings, a guaranteed number of leads, guaranteed revenue, or overnight results — and any agency that does is asking for your money on a promise it can’t control. What we do promise is a clear plan, real reporting, and monthly priorities so you always know what we’re doing and why.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue?

No. No agency can honestly guarantee Google rankings, lead volume, or revenue — none of those are fully within any agency’s control. What we can guarantee is the work we do, the transparency of our reporting, and a clear plan built around your specific market.

Do you build websites?

Not as part of these monthly plans. We take over and optimize the website you already have. If your site needs a full redesign, that’s a separate, clearly-scoped project (see Website Redesign) — ask us on your strategy call and we’ll tell you honestly whether you need one.

Is my Google Ads budget included in the Platinum price?

No. The $1,700/month covers our management, strategy, and optimization of your campaigns. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, separate from our fee, so you always know exactly what’s going to media versus what’s going to management.

Will you work with my direct competitor in my area?

We avoid intentionally marketing direct competitors within the same industry and service area. This isn’t an absolute, unlimited exclusivity guarantee, but it does reflect how we actually operate — ask us directly on your strategy call and we’ll tell you plainly whether there’s a conflict in your market.

What industries do you work with?

We work primarily with home service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, restoration, electrical, remodeling, and similar trades. We’re not limited to any one city; we work with established home-service businesses anywhere.

Can I meet with your team in person?

If it’s practical to arrange, yes — we’re happy to schedule an in-person meeting in addition to your strategy call. Just ask when you book.

What if I only need one thing, like an audit or a landing page?

That’s what our one-time services are for. You don’t have to sign up for a monthly plan to get an SEO audit, a Google Ads audit, a single landing page, or a website redesign.

How many city/service pages will you actually recommend for my business?

As many as your business legitimately serves and can support with real, useful content — no more, no less. We’ll tell you if 10 pages is overkill for a single-city business, or if 15 undersells a business that serves a large metro.

Is this pricing locked in forever?

The prices on this page are introductory pricing for a limited number of new clients. We’re not running a fake countdown timer — but as our client roster in a given service or territory fills, pricing and availability can change for new clients going forward.

What’s the contract length?

Monthly services are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. One-time projects are paid according to the agreed project scope.

Industry and Territory Protection

We Avoid Marketing Your Direct Competitors

We work with established home-service businesses in any city, but we don’t intentionally market direct competitors within the same industry and service area. When you work with us, our SEO and ad work for you isn’t being intentionally used to also grow a competitor down the street in the same trade. This is a standing operating practice, not an absolute or unlimited exclusivity guarantee — if you’re wondering whether we already work with someone in your space and area, ask us directly on your strategy call and we’ll give you a straight answer before you sign anything.

Google Ads Budget — How It Works

Management Fee vs. Ad Spend

To be clear: our Google Ads management fee (part of the Platinum plan, or scoped separately) pays for strategy, campaign build, optimization, and reporting. It does not include the actual media spend — the amount Google charges for your ads to run. That spend is billed to you directly by Google (or through your own ad account), separate from what you pay us. This keeps your budget transparent — you always know what’s going to advertising versus what’s going to management.

In-Person Meetings

Prefer to Meet in Person?

Most strategy calls and monthly check-ins happen by phone or video, which keeps things efficient for both sides. That said, if an in-person meeting is practical, we’re glad to set one up — just mention it when you schedule your call.

Ready to See What This Looks Like for Your Business?

A 30-minute strategy call where we look at your market, your competition, and which plan (if any) actually makes sense. No pitch, no pressure — and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
